When an order is placed, our team use Ayla Logistics custom-built tech to pick and pack your products. 98% of orders are dispatched the same day with 99.9% pick and pack precision.
Shipping
We swiftly ship orders internationally through our carrier network. Save costs on shipping thanks to our economies of scale, and our Carrier Team regularly negotiate the best rates on your behalf.
Returns management
All returns come back to us for rapid processing. We check, refund if needed, fix any damage, and prepare suitable goods for resale. Customers can track the returns process from start to finish.
